Our aim is to provide a constant progress by employing our personnel at the best position where they have the chance to gain experience and improvement. We apply different interview steps to our candidates and measure their language and technical skills.
We invite the candidates whose CV s are possitive to our company for an interview. After a successful interview; candidates meets executives and employment offer is introduced.
CV’ s that are not positive for current open positions are saved to our data base and reevaluated for the future positions. We inform our candidates about the result of their applications.
